We develop new Occupant Emergency Plans and review and update existing ones for federal, state, and local facilities, including multi-tenant federal buildings where agencies, building management, and security staff must coordinate.
Plans cover evacuation, shelter-in-place, lockdown, accountability, and assistance for occupants who need help. We train floor and building wardens and run tabletop exercises to test the plan.
